New instructions for rvz and nkit! Saves you a gig of space!
The output is still an iso file though but at least it's small.

"If you have the full 1.4GB ISO, download the "ISO" patch. If you have a .rvz file, download the RVZ patch. If you have a .nkit.iso file, download the NKIT patch. The patched file will be converted to an iso regardless of the source file type."
