Supports AP Patching of 1090 games currently including mods/translations.
For all other games that the rom tool can't patch use this : RetroGameFan Flashcart Game Patches v1.9
NOTE : Open the rom tool and click on Databases/AP Database/Update Alerts/ and untick Enable Update Alerts, so you don't get nagged anymore
Requirements :
Windows with Net Framework 4 (included in Windows 10)
~50mb RAM
Functions :
Basic DS rom header information
Extract rom icon (png)
Trim rom
AP patch roms using a RGF's database
Uses open patch format patches that can be extracted
