- my microSD in my 3DS decided to shit itself inside out. I lost most of my music collection, and my save files for both Tomodachi Life and Fantasy Life.
- I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid. Means I have low energy and I take pills to make sure that my energy levels are back to normal. It sucks although, because I have to be on an empty stomach for an hour before I eat anything.
--> many biopsies later and still no concrete results. I'm basically instructed just to "eat better" and "exercise more" and take my medication. Glad that I live in Canada with free medical care....!
- my digital camera decided to shit itself well, and basically, I'm restricting my online presence to just commenting with my keyboard.
- I bought tickets to FanExpo! Because Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine, baby - now if only Janeway would be there!) is there, and I want her autograph. Although it being in September is frankly, bizarre. (I bought just the four day pass, because I really don't want to be lugging all the exclusives around the house.)
--> I'm working on three costumes - a Dalek roboman, Casey Jones, Bioshock Splicer and one extra for Halloween (a plague doctor). Most of my stuff's ready, I just need to sew a few things and install LED lights into the roboman helmet.
- I'm still looking for work - I did some work at a retirement condo building, and that was just secretary stuff, which sucked (raw) eggs in so many ways. I'd be working as a temp in July to early August, so that's going to be fun. I need to find work in my field (recreation and leisure).
- I still bento, but I haven't found an ocassion to bring my lunch anywhere.
- planning to see Inside Out this week - air conditioning and popcorn and a Pixar/Disney move? Yay!
(Also, Lewis Black in a PG movie kind of makes me roll my eyes - most of his act is SO NOT rated PG.)
- my Powersaves 3DS's license key isn't working, and I'm emailing Datel's customer support about it. I'm not happy and I wish I didn't throw out the packaging that it came with! (Also, does Datel even have a valid phone number?)
- Monster Hunter 4U is insanely fun. I bought it as well as the Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask, and I haven't touched Link's adventure yet (except to fail completely on the first three days - there is completely no direction in this game). I'm a G1 hunter with HR60. Solo'ed all my keys and urgents. I'm planning to solo the rest of G2 too...
