Really? A NEW Shin Megami Tensei game.

Well, before I get on the topic at hand, I just wanted to share that I'm ADDICTED to Persona now. I got P3P for my PSP Go, and I can't believe I haven't played it before.


Anyway, I never heard about this. Shin Megami Tensei Overclocked? Wow, that's really cool how they're making a new Tensei game for the 3DS. Wow.


Sorry if this is old news, but I never heard about this.

Devil survivor overclocked is just an improved version of Devil Survivor.
Great game for anyone who missed the original devil survivor, and hell, probably worth checking out for any huge fan of the game.

Also, i'm addicted to pretty much anything Atlus ties its name to. I've not yet played a game Atlus is associated with and not liked it.

It looks like it will be a remake or prequel to the Devil Survivor episode on DS (it's just a supposition based on the title). I'm not a big fan of this episode :( I've only played Persona 1 to 4 and Strange Journey. I prefer the Persona series because of the Persona system (which reminds me FFVIII GF system) and graphic style, but Strange Journey scenario is pretty good and the negociation system is much better than the 'roulette' system in P3 and 4.

If you're interested, there's a F2P MMO based on SMT (Shin Megami Tensei : Imagine)

I personally prefer the style of Strange Journey and the SNES games over Persona or Devil Survivor. Strange Journey is one of the most atmospheric games I've ever played.

The best thing about it is the fact the top screen displays stats for most of the game.

The whole 3D effect will just be words and numbers jumping out of the screen.
