Hey everyone! It's been a long time since my first blog post (5 months oof) but I'm gonna try to keep this regularly updated. I was thinking about what blogging platform to use for now and was debating on either making one on github or here and I really didn't want to mess with github pages, so I'm gonna post here!
Now for the stuff I actually want to talk about... I'm working on a game for the Nintendo Switch! I know my last post was on the 3ds, but in December I got my hands on a Switch for trading my 3ds and $100, which is a great deal as my friend didn't know that it was hackable! So with that, I've been tinkering with this homebrew that allows you to make games in godot and export them to the Switch! With this, I made my first game and stopped working on it due to lack of motivation and with how large of a scope it was for someone new like me. But I plan on making a new game called Some.Game (Don't ask me why I named it this). It's a shorter game where you just have to solve how to get to the next level. All the levels are on a static screen and uses very basic sprites to indicate what's what. I have the github repo set to private right now until I have the first pre-release ready. I really hope you guys see some fun in it
