Since these got wiped from that one topic along with about a hundred other posts, I figured I'd repost them here, in my personal blog for all to read if they please. (:
I don't own a gateway card, and I never plan to, I just like to think about this stuff for the fun of it.
Aside from my general distrust of their brand and software, especially after the whole Brickway debacle, I have no personal gripes with anyone who uses their card, and I'm actually pretty excited that more people in the community will get to reap the benefits of Arm9LoaderHax in some form or another! So please, try to keep any comments below civil! I'd appreciate that greatly.
With that said, this is my best guess for how Gateway will be doing Arm9LoaderHax.
I'd like to predict the following:
Seems like everytime I talk about gateway in some way (even if I'm not even really bashing them directly or anything) I get a lot of shitty comments, so again, I ask:
Please, try to keep any comments below civil! I'd appreciate that greatly.

I'd like to predict the following:
- Gateway will be using their own implementation of Arm9LoaderHax and it will be very locked down to prevent people from using their tools for installing A9LH to install other open source implementations (For example, Aurora Wright's No Screen Init fork or the variant suggested by Plailect's guide.)
- Gateway's Implementation of A9LH will not be compatible with software for the existing open source implementations or will require the Gateway Red Card inserted to run. [They will probably do this to prevent people from ditching and selling their Gateway Card for an open source CFW after they install their A9LH entrypoint.]
- Gateway will probably offer a payload for the existing public implementation, or possibly a payload that switches you to their implementation, as the less work their end users have to do the better. In the latter case, they likely won't be providing a way to switch back.
- They likely haven't found any actual new exploits, and they will probably have only done minimal simplifying to the install process for Arm9LoaderHax. It is possible they've automated the process slightly, but nothing major.
- It won't work on firmware 11.0.0-33, weather you have homebrew launcher access or not.
