Stop thinking about all the time you should have spent working on it in weeks gone by. Stop thinking you'll never finish....it's not going to help matters. Recognise that realistically it's not going to be as good as it could have been had you put a sustained effort in over the time you were allotted.
Good, now that's out the way break down the subsections into nice segments. Plan out what goes into each section (this requires you to spend some time working out what papers and resources you have for each topic, and how much they'll cover...maybe a day given your time limit?) Once you know exactly what you're covering...

Start at 9.00AM. Finish at 16.00 to 17.00PM (Why the early finish? Well you don't want to burn out your brain and that will leave you recuperation time in the evenings)
Most students experience this. The composed ones come out the other side for the better, tempered by the flames of the experience.
Thanks for the advice xist. But the thing is, I've already finished it i.e. I've done the research and finished all my chapters. All I need to do is the proof reading and editing.
I'm just a natural brick shitter. I will however buy a tend for typical student banter.
Determination I admire. I droped out 2nd year and joined the forces. Not the smartest move. I managed to get out eventually and start a real career. Sorry if anyone is still serving. I hated it.
