It's BCT.ini, and it should be located in your atmosphere/config folder. If it's not there, download the latest atmosphere release and grab it from there.

isnt correct,because on the newer versions of AMS dont exist the BTC.ini,as describe that tutorial,thanks

Yes it does. I literally just downloaded it. Download the latest Atmosphere release. BCT.ini is in the atmosphere/config folder, like I already said.
