Got my 360 flashed yesterday after installing winxp on my new 500GB HDD.
Took me a hour to OPEN!! the 360 but flashing was as easy as eating a piece of cake.
I'm currently "aquiring" myself Doa Extreme 2 , I hope it works.
Originals work , So the flash probably was successfull.
I'm really happy.
