What you will do when you are depressed? I am depressed recently, but do not know how to overcome... :nayps3:

i have an ipod shuffle i listen to when i'm 'depressed' (more like just "ugh, i hate you").
or i just game untill i forget what i'm depressed about :D

I do a lot of things when I am depressed.
Often times I just talk to someone I trust hoping to get to the root of my depression.
Or I just get a big bag of peppered jerky, some monster, and spend the day playing my favorite video game well I just think about my problem till I figure out what it is.

Well when I'm depressed I do a psychological and philosophical examination of me, my depression, and my life, and get over it that way.

But Nathan Drake is right, depression and general sadness are not the same.

Have a meal with friends and tell them about it. Or family members.

That's how I deal with depression.

Haha, Listen to the music and talk with firends, and do whatever you would like. I am doing now and I believe that all are the good ways to get out of down.Thanks so much for everyone. I think my depress will be ended when a happy thing replace it. :rolleyes: Hope it soon comes.
