That's pretty much the equivalent of saying that penguins aren't that hard to find, they just aren't in America. America, in this case, being a metaphor for any portion of the internet where the vast majority of people have posted on a 4chan board during a time other than summer. Wherever the fuck penguins live being a metaphor for social networks, youtube, and other popular sites. Unfortunately, it's a girl, and not a penguin. Which'd be awesome. Have you ever seen a penguin use the internet? No. You seen a girl in America? Yeah, all the time. Therefore, Penguins > Females. But I digress.
It's worth noting that girl gamers are typically only interesting people/hardcore gamers if they don't go out of their way to get attention by introducing themselves by saying they are female-type people. We have this conversation on 4chan all. the. fucking. time. True femanons only mention their gender when asked about it or when some ronery kid asks for advice with wimminz. Like, for instance, there was a group of "femanons" (Read: Summer) trying to devote a day out of every month to themselves, while the rest for the dudes. The reaction was less than favorable for them, with the thread being filled with porn, gore, lemon party and other things that 4chan is known for. I'm pretty sure some femanons took part in the attack as well. Point is, fuck you it's pretty uncommon for female type dudes to post on the internet as a member on an imageboard/forum and be popular for a reason other than being female.
