Some people just cant handle money. If I was you I would keep that guy as a friend for years just to have a laugh when he blows all his money and loses everything to the IRS.... too much?

If that bothers you I advise never looking at half the services, sales and repair industries (some aspects of tech as well)... worse is when you have to charge according to the prices others as well.

I will echo the others- those not willing to do the smallest amount of research or worse lack the mindset to do such a thing have it coming really.

Its a great hypocrisy of our society that comes from women striving for "equal rights". Nonody cares if the inequality benefits them.

Anyway, the guys really dumb for giving the iPod back AND paying $200 for the PSP with no games. I feel I ripped off the guy I bought me PSP from. Cost me £50 and he gave me everything with it, load of games, a 1GB memory stick, the camera, a case etc.

Whatever your take is on the situation, don't tell him. Sometimes some cliches are true and in this case, ignorance really is bliss.

Oh, and if you get the chance, learn from the other kid, guy sure knows how to run a mean con.

I told him this morning about him being ripped off. He denies it and is convinced he ripped off the other guy. He also told me that it was worth it because the new PSPs are expensive. The PSP he got was either a 3000 or 2000.

Meh, let him waste his money, it's his fault if he can't google "PSP" and look at the prices in the search results, he deserves to be ripped off.

Damn. The guy who sold the PSP was really lucky. And to be honest, if you told him that he was ripped off, and he denies it, he deserves to have been ripped off. Don't bother telling him any more, let him think he got a steal.
