This is getting ridiculous.

Because many of them have so much spam bait, and troll harder users. I'm surprise more of them haven't been lock. To me, it seems the Mods have their work cut out for them.

Switch spam and troll, and it makes even more sense.

Maybe the 3DS launch has attracted 8 year olds to the Temp?

There have been a lot of topics closed. Even if it's a good topic, there's always someone that comes in, says one thing that completely derails the topic. I wouldn't say the mods have their work cut out for them, I'd say they're just tired of it.

It's usually always the same people too. I'd list names, but I'd rather not get a warning. I definitely think the mods need to be slightly more strict. Not to the point where it's like GameFAQs, but where people WILL face some consequence, not just a warning that they probably won't even take notice of.

People just need to stop making stupid threads (Pokemon, R4, etc.), duplicate threads (USN especially...Seriously, is it THAT hard to look down the first page of news and search after?), and troll threads (HI SOP). As for posts, people need to learn what opinions are, and learn how to respect the opinions of other people, and stop being so blunt (Unless of course it's called for).

Mainly because, like most people said, stupid trolls manage to ruin a topic completely.

I'm glad that the mods are being responsible though; The Latest Posts is the the thing I check the most, and it mostly gets flooded with crap like fanboyism.

Simply put, certain types of discussions such as Sony related ones bring out the worst in our members. Everyone bickers over nothing, people can't listen to an opposing opinion without arguing over it and crying that they are being trolled and the threads just become an unsalvageable mess.

WHY YOU TROLL ME MAN?

I guess it's do to a clash of opinions that causes many threads to be derailed as said before. The main threads that get locked are often spam/3DS rant/PS3 rants. I really don't post often, due to the fact someone's going to come along, and argue against my logic. Not really worth the hassle.

i think some of them are sop's, and there was this troll about dumping 3ds games. he made 3 threads.
