Moi...j'suis fatigué....

Blech....life is stressful as usual.

Had to take $30 ($40 cuz ATMs only go by 20s...) out for a gym membership for my Lifetime Fitness & Wellness course.
Rules: No jeans. No skullcaps. No grunting.

Seriously? No JEANS?! No GRUNTING!? They say it's to prevent others from feeling intimidated, but how does me wearing jeans intimidate anyone except for the fat chicks who can't fit in my jeans (like most people can't, to be honest...I need to gain weight...bad)?! Also, a grunt is an exhale under stress. Working out is adding stress. Am I supposed to hold my breath?! FUCK YOU! No, Seriously, Fuck. You.

But yeah...it's my first real day there tomorrow. To be fun, I guess? Better than my psych class (except for the "extramarital" flirting that goes on), anyway. I don't give a rat's ass about the ethics of an experiment / study. That's for us to learn in a mandatory science class. Moreover, we should understand by now what is and is not ethical. Whatever.

Working and going to school at the same time is really exhausting...Wake up, workout, go to school, go to the gym, go to work, go home, go bed, restart. Sigh...I can't afford enough calories for this.

I'm sleepy.

Goodnight.

chatspeak. lazy.

I think it's "it is", not it's. Contractions can go either way in any language (but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong).

But on topic, I could see the no jeans rule (there's a reason my gym class made me change into sweatpants, even though I never found out what it was, I'm sure it was a perfectly valid reason), but prohibiting a natural reaction to physical stress is stupid and potentially unhealthy. Fuck those jerks..

IMO wearing jeans and working out, isn't good for your nether regions. It gets suffocated and then you'll have smelly balls or something like that o.O that's what I remember back in the gym days.. especially for girls because some occasionally do not wear underwear and that's a great spot for bacteria to grow hence the funky smell.

lol the grunting rule. I think I'd feel turned off if I heard a muscly bald guy going OOWWW ARRGHHH.. would sound like he's jerking off in a corner. Grunting is more like a tense exhale which makes you more tired as you do reps and it really stops you from progressing further if you get so tired so quickly. I'm sure you're suppose to have a quieter exhale technique.

1. I don't know any women who don't wear underwear to the gym, and the vagina is a horrible place for bacterium to grow - it has an intense cleansing system. With pubes its a little different, but yknow.

2. Its more your underwear type than pants type.

3. I'm not talkin bout extreme grunting, but the occasional grunt happens, and it can get you banned.

What I was referring to was the pants part for the bacteria to grow not the vagina.

lol that's ridiculous so if they hear you grunt once, your out? o.O

@icealote: usually no, but they say it wouldn't be the first time a first-timer was booted.

@westside: bien sûr je l'ai appris - jviens des états-unis...mais jcrois que ma langue est assez bilingue pr des conversations informels - haha j'ai oublié à répondre à la deuxième question - à ma première lycée.

(Cuz the forum hates languages...'course I learned french, I meanm I am from the states....but I like to think that my tongue is bilingual enough for informal chats ;) )
