Well, I was wondering if these headphone specs are OK, because I need good, under £20 headphones with good bass and sound range, maybe discounted. All the techie bits explained please.

All the techy bits:
> Speaker 40mm
> Sensibility 108db S.P.L 1kHz (I'm guessing by that, they obviously mean 'sensitivity'
> Plug type 3.5mm
> Rated power 100mw
> Power capability 1000mw
> Cable legth 155cm

So, I'm guessing by the 40mm speaker, this means the headphones have a 40mm driver - what does this mean? All the techy bits please. I'd like headphones for under £20 (maybe discounted from a high-street shop) that have good bass and surround sound, specs related.
And the sensitivity, rated power, capability-what do these all mean? I'd be grateful to hear feedpack from all audiophiles out there. I need headphones that'll make my DS sound good with Moonshell2 and LMP-ng-I DO have an iPod, but I can't be arsed.
Also, a small problem with LMP-ng. There's a loud 'screeching' sound at the start of each track, and there is a message saying 'buffer underrun'. Also, the track time remaining does not synchronize, and jumps randomly. The error message says 'Frame lost synchronization' or something like that. (msg 2)
