*rage* Stop fucking flooding my inbox...MOM!

My mother is a bible thumper. She's loud and proud. In fact, most of my gay friends are probably quieter than she is about it. She's since discovered that email is a great place to spam people with chain letters and random shit. Her church friends encourage her - and it's annoying. Most of my inbox is flooded with saccharine sweet "God is good" chain letters, and I'm fucking terrified that she'd give me a lovely virus that way. (Thank the gods for NoScript and FireFox.)

Seriously - especially during exam time, it's extremely annoying. She always thinks that exams can be aced because of praying and other stuff. I say, exams are aced because of good study habits and different things.

Also (guy-unfriendly alert!): I'm thinking of making cloth menstrual pads. I'm going to recycle a few tee-shirts and some crappy stained (read: ancient) towels.

Edit: I just spent 2 hours playing games of Tetris with my roommate on our DSes. I have sweaty palms, and I look like I just spent the day fucking someone....I'm flushed, exhausted, with a "broken" neck. I suck - we tied most of the time...

Also, what does a back to back Tetris do?

Nothing. It's just a difficult maneuver that you have to do when the game sends garbage rows to you.
Edit1: Beatrice/scubersteve is right. I thought you were talking about SP mode.

omgwtfbbq?

I agree, although I am religious (muslim in case nyone wants to know) I don't believe praying will make me gat 100% although it helps, i need to study just as hard. And my parents agree, maybe you should explain to your mum that. Oh and i wish i never read the part about the menstrual pads. (uhhhh)

That's some weird stuff to share, but I enjoy reading it. Yeah chain letters can be very annoying, always asking you to send stuff to others if you believe in the ways of god. I believe in god (Don't become a religious thread) but hate chain letters, I just delete them. My grandma loves to send chain letters, I just skip them all and pretend I read them to make her happy, if she says "Did you read the email I sent you?" I say yes then I HAVE to read it. XD

Maybe tell you mom to stop or block her e-mails... make them go to the junk folder.

I really want to play Tetris DS again. Best Tetris game I've played so far...

Tetris is just awesome though...I even have it on my calculator.

Because this is the internet.

UrbanDictionary Definition
A vast tundra of knowledge, now corrupted and slowly imploding on itself. Those caught on the outskirts enter a void of stupidity and insecurity. Eventually, it will completely cave in on itself, and then explode with such force, we will all be sent to an information oblivion. Random bits of intelligence will float amongst vast oceans of idiocy, and all of man kind will commit suicide in a futile effort to repent for creating such a weapon of mass destruction. God will not accept their sacrifice, and everyone will go to hell, where Satan will get pissed off at the extreme overpopulation of his facilities, and send everyone to someplace copletely unihabitable, like Utah.

This reminds me of the South Park episode of Cherokee Hair Tampons.
Now I want some medicinal fried chicken

Who wouldn't?

Lol. Sorry for the guy unfriendly menstrual talk, but seriously, you guys talk about erections and penises all the time, and when girls talk about natural stuff...you guys freak the fuck out!

Can't you just block her? or set up an email filter to junk all emails with "god", "christ", etc in it?

most commercial menstrual pads contain a desiccant such as silica gel which is far more absorbent than cloth, so your home made ones won't work as well.

Well, personally I don't talk about penise's or erections on forums, but the thing with period's is that this forum has mostly boys, so we're not used to the whole menstrual talk(even though I've had a whole science lesson about it) sorry don't mind us, just continue, we'll try to avoid those parts and who knows, some of us may even contribute. (highly doubtful though)

And that's why some granola types don't like commerical stuff. Would you put desiccant gel between your legs every month? People have been using cloth pads for ages - and they don't tend to leak or make you itchy because it's fabric!

Just block her, simple solution. You can also set up a filter to put them all in one folder so they don't flood your inbox and if you want to get back to them alter you can.

We don't spew blood from our urethras.

Anyways, the only problem I see with the cloth-pads are the re-usability of them. I think blood is not an easy stain to remove, but then again, even if that is true, no one would really be looking anyways.

Eh, whatever, it's your vagina.
