Might be getting an XBOX 360 Elite for my bday

Theres a pretty good deal at JB Hi-Fi at the moment

Since my birthday is on Easter Sunday, I asked my parents if they could buy it for my birthday.
They haven't bought it yet and chances are, I'll probably get it, unless they don't have any more stock.. :(

What games do you guys recommend?
So far, I wanna get the Arcade + Sega Superstar Tennis pack, Dead Rising (one of the funnest looking zombie games), Burnout Paradise, the Perfect Dark remake, Beautiful Katamari and the new Banjo Kazooie game.
Theres probably a few others that I can't think of ATM :/

You might want to rent Dead Rising first; slaying hordes of zombies is fun, but having to restart your entire game over because a retarded NPC wouldn't follow you is not.

Yes, thats possible, but when you give the game back, it won't work as you still need the game in the console for authentication.

Perfect Dark remake is amazing, it's only $10 too. Get it for sure.

I also suggest Mass Effect. The first one is only $20 here in the States and is part of the "Platinum Hits" line-up (which includes the game + bonus content). It's got noticeable flaws, but it's still pretty fun.

Pricey... But that's probably because it is Australia.
Get some sort of FPS... ODST is enough for you Halo Online gameplay. If you want, buy Halo 3 used for the campaign achievements. For realistic FPS, buy MW2 or BC2.
