Got more RAM for my compy!

What graphics card do you have?

Congrats. I remember my old computer that only had 64 MB of RAM (It was pretty old). I now have a laptop with 3GB of RAM.

I am getting back into Day Of Defeat and shit, I need money to buy Counter-Strike 1.6, Day Of Defeat: Source, and Half-Life 1.

Damn, I don't see why you have waited so long to buy new RAM. If you really needed it, you could buy 4GB of RAM for about 100 USD.
It's so cheap nowadays, gotta love the technical progression!

And that's exactly my problem. I have a 5-year-old computer with 512 MB of RAM. Not too bad, but I could definately use more, even though I don't play any games on it. The problem is that buying this old slow memory will cost me more than double the amount of money that I'd pay for brand new DDR3 memory.

yea im just gonna buy another set of 2GB (2x 1GB), $42 USD :'(
I payed $20 for it last xmas

16GB is overkill for any system, considering the price and by the time 16GB ram could actually be used DDR4 ram will probably be out

I would run Linux for internet stuff, it'll be a lot faster.
