Power board broke on my DSi

I think it's the power board? Thought I put the battery someplace else. Guess I accidentally shorted it...
I was bored and dumb so I put my DSPico in without the shell, so I opened up the back to unjam the cartridge. Strangely, this is the second time the power board "died" and it's now blinking the orange light. I even put another battery in and it still won't turn on...
I saw that someone managed to fix it by soldering another fuse to it but I'm not that good at soldering.
Worst part is that I used my DS all the time when I go out to kill time. Dang.

You must have put the battery in backwards, this will blow the F1 fuse on the power board.
(This usually only happens when taking the DSi apart.)
(If you put the battery in the compartment, it has a foolproof design.)

The fuse sacrificed itself to protect the DSi.
You just need to replace it to get your DSi working again. Its model is "0603, 1A, 32V".
