I think i'm a lost cause.

I always listen to people's advice and have them in mind (if I don't forget them, that is) but I never put them into practice most of the time. I'm always making the same mistakes and almost never learn from them.
I wish I could stop being so fucking lazy, but something prevents me for doing so.

(I wanted this post to be longer but i didnt know how)

everyone can be like that sometimes, beating yourself up over it will only make things worse brother. for me what helped me get better was "pampering myself" even though i felt as if i didn't deserve it, and also looked at myself from the outside, as if i were a person in a life sim game, being like," oh this is optimal to do " and whatnot, i can't say it'll work for you but no harm in trying!!

As for the laziness, that's everyone, not just you.

So many end goals to work towards
So break down each journey into small step-by-steps. Something manageable
Small good step then big steps, a couple or few small steps, then big steps
imo, every effort to get better counts - small consistent doable tasks and then march towards each goal/each fork/each plan

(at least those are my way)
find things to humble yourself too (physical activies that challenge your levels is prob. the easiest. some people take up jiu-jitsu, some people hike the day away, some people run and set personal bests. just humble yourself while getting healthy too)
