How do you survive on a 2GB SD Card for ROMs?

lol.. mine's always been 1GB and at the time I got it I was like: ZOMFG 1 GB!!!

I cant help you, I didnt survive with 2GB microSDs so a year later when I found on sale a microSD 4Gb I bought it immediatly and enjoyed it all since then

I used to have a 8GB SDHC card (class 6) but I sold it with my DS Lite. Now I just have my 2GB card (realllly slow) with my DS phat . Well, I know how to delete stuff now.

Well I had one (came with my DSTT card) still, I really needed more space so I quickly bougt an 8g sdhc card. Still most of that space is actually for my movies (around 6~7g)

I use an 8GB now so space is never an issue but I used to use a 2gb card ... TRIMMING is the key here you can often save quite a lot of space enough for those extra couple of goodies

You need to decide what games do you like playing most and add those first and games that will last or take longer to play through or will hold your interest for more than a couple of days and don't just fill it with a load of games you will soon get bored of/with!

A good tip is if you see a game that you think maby cool or great ... read reviews on it or watch videos on youtube before committing it to your mem card ... this will avoid later frustration and thoughts of WHAT THE HELL!? ...... Why on earth did I put this on here for!!!!

Remember too that each game will need a 512k save file so x this by 20 that's 10mb used right there on its own without even the games!

I've always used a 1gb myself. Right now it has the following games on it..

Castlevania - Dawn of Sorrow
Clubhouse Games
Final Fantasy IV
GTA: Chinatown Wars
Lego Batman
Mario Kart DS
Mr. Driller - Drill Spirits
New Super Mario Bros.
Peggle - Dual Shot
Rhythm Heaven
Super Princess Peach
Tetris DS
Zoo Keeper

..not trimmed or anything like that, with enough space left over for saves and whatnot. That's already more games than I need, and like everyone else with a small card, I switch the games up when I've beaten them or want to try something new. I don't see the point of having this massive card of roms, considering I only play one or two games at most at a time anyway.

I often think that 2Gb is too much for me. The trouble is I'll put 5 or 6 big RPG's on my card and try to play them all and invariably lose the plot or interest in most of them.
