The hypocrisy in the Switch Scene

I saw many people hate on TX for using open sourced code without respecting the license and condition. I can understand that this is bad.
But those same people, without a shame, pirate hundreds of games. In my opinion, this is worse than not respecting a license for a open sourced code.
You are basically stealing devs that worked hard (In some companies, the work conditions is inhuman) on making those games.

So please, if you are going to complain about that license bs, at least don’t be a pirate. This is so lame and hypocrite.

You're right, and actually not the first to say this, In my opinion tho a bit of useless to waste a thread for this, because this is the internet.
Everyone has his own standards and opinion, and this has been discussed to death with no ending in sight.
In my opinion useless.

You don't paying money to play pirated games. You pay money to use SXOS. That's where this comes from.

I was about to write a long text but it's not even worth it, do what you wanna do, but can you please tell me what the exact goal is?
Such a topic has not really something to do with Backup Loaders & Modchips rather EOF or Discussions.
Don't try to be the moral apostle of the internet.

They aren't charging you for the homebrew code they stole, it's for the xci features that isn't stolen

Can't really compare pirating to taking code and not crediting the original creator of the code
