I will keep this brief. I do not believe I am a getting a proper high school education with homeschooling, and because of that, I am strongly thinking about going to public school. Mainly I was wondering if there was a law that would help me get out of being homeschooled. My first thought is claiming religious persecution of sorts. I am a atheist and the entire school curriculum is religious in every aspect.

My mom operates homeschooling under "D. Nothing in this section shall prohibit a pupil and his parents from obtaining an excuse from school attendance by reason of bona fide religious training or belief pursuant to subdivision B 1 of § 22.1-254. "
So if you can get out public school for religious reasons, can you get in for them?
Note: I have a billion fucking things going through my head. So if my logic seems fried, bite me.
