BD's Dreamlog # -1 | Should I start a dream log?

For people that post dream logs why do you do it? I've been thinking about starting one, as recently my friend suggested I do since I told him I never dream. He says I just forget about the dream as soon as I wake up so I should start one?

I do mine for fun. I think writing down what you remember of a dream when you wake up might help you remember dreams easier.

I felt like doing one, but everyone would think I did it bc everyone else is doing it, and then it will become a meme

It's up to you, if you want to keep your dreams only to yourself is even better. You have right to enjoy your private life, your dreams and secrets.
