the memchunkhax2 hype post with .3dsx

there is more going on in the comments that this post is somewhat outdated now.
read this. it's important.
  • you cannot use this for downgrading, installing .CIAs, etc. yet. it is purely for testing.
  • when you post results, include your model, entry point, and full firmware version (e.g. 10.3.0-28E).
  • this has pretty much no risk of bricking as it doesn't write to the NAND or anything. with that in mind I am not responsible if anything weird happens so run this at your own risk.
  • if you get a test value of DEADCAFE then it has worked.
  • this might help with getting "DEADCAFE":

Rxtools doesn't install into any of your nands. you put the required files on the sd card and launch it.

I have yet to set it up on my N3DS (been using gateway) but rxtools goes on the sd card. Run it through shufflehax as a .3dsx and when you're done formatting emunand and unlinking the nands, you can swap out HBL coldboot for rxtools coldboot.

It's the exploit menuhax uses for firmwares 10.2 and 10.3. You could also call it "Menuhax 2.1"

Yes yes, I do know what it is. I just want to know why shufflehax and not penguinhax or something. I don't get the shuffle part. "menuhax" or "themehax" are ok, even "homemenuhax" (a bit long imho) but "shufflehax"? It's for the color shuffling?
