Not out. Beta leak.
Still somewhat unstable and there isn't a real crack for it, just S/Ns that don't work well (last time I checked, I ended up trashing my copy of CS4 and I'll wait for the retail version, kthx).

If you'd have clicked on the trial download, you'd have seen:
"Complete the following fields to be notified by e-mail when Adobe® Creative Suite® 4 products and trials are available."
The only betas are private developer betas which have been leaked on the internet.

EDIT: Ship date for now is set to November 14, according to Amazon.
EDIT2: I just checked the warez site and just today there's a new leaked beta, might give it a go.
