Can someone compile something for me? (It's just a C++ Win64 executable.)

I need this app compiled into a 64-bit .exe file so I can use it.

I've tried like 4 different ways of importing it into VisualStudio 2019, but can't get it to spit me out an exe file.

I'm able to compile the application after a lot of messing around with things, but I'm only greeted with an empty CMD window, so something's clearly still gone wrong. Sorry, wish I could be more help, but I'm no programmer so I'm pretty much at my limit here.

Edit: I will tell you what I learned. The dependency for includes is wxWidgets, found here: https://wxwidgets.org/downloads/
