Situation: Someone releases a Switch emulator tomorrow, would Nintendo track that person down and take them to court? Or does any type of licensing safeguard that person? Has this happened before?(legal issues) Just curious.

So I bought a PS3 Slim about 3 weeks ago. It's a CECH-2112A with the 40nm RSX and 45nm CELL.
First thing I did was play some games for about 2 hours. After just a short while the temp already jumped to 70C. So I set dynamic fan control in webman to 65C and 30% min.
