did u rename it for snemul.cfg? if yes, plz post ur snemul.cfg file.
and which megaman x rom u use? (whats its file name)
cuz i heard in other forums that ppl have problems with it, essentially after intro level.

and do u mean that u can load state and have sound and play more than 10 seconds?

maybe u should try True Lies too, see if that works on ur machine.

Ugh, alright let me go check mine. Oh yeah, I disable my sound when I load the save state -- then turn it on after I choose a level.

Not sure which rom version mine is.

YES, with disabling sound, save states work.

the trick works for my smash tv saving problem, too.
although Super smash tv is the best game i played in snemul.

so u dont save state in levels, right? so you just do it at level selections?

If 0.6 Alpha is anything like 0.5 Beta, just toggle the Vblank for a second before toggling it back. In 0.6 Alpha this will be the "fast speed" vs "normal speed" setting, not the speedhacks setting.
