Decided to make a blaziken retexture, keeping the alteration to be minimum. Tested it out and it looks great, give any feedback if possible

How to create custom clothes/accessories for the player? Is that done by texture modding or...?

Texture modding only allows to change appearance of in-game props and clothes of brendan or any other ow character. They exist as bch files that you can mod like their skin and clothes colors, but creating custom models is completely different.

I know it's a weird thing to ask but how do you edit the cries located in a/1/0/0 garc file as cseq and cwar files, or better yet I want to swap cries of 2 different pokemon,how do I do it?

I can't find a sound converter for this, can somebody give me a link to one?
Cesq files are midi files, the .cwar files are the pokemon cries. They are compressed archives that contain the cries in .cwav format.

IIRC .cwav is a file extension unique to Nintendo and the only way to convert files from .wav to .cwav is by using their official SDK converter; which I can't link because it's copyrighted content you'll just have to google.

If you just want to swap cries, swapping the file names should be enough.
