x65943 has been replaced by tempbot. Here's why I think so:
He's been way less biased recently (not a real mod)

it actually is, but the video IDs are only 11 characters long

when you copy and paste that string it gives you just the first 11 (which are not connected to any video) - go ahead and copy the last 11 in and you get the secret message
