Wuphax, restore Mii maker error

I've modded my wiiu now im trying to mod the vwii side. I ha e boot elf file on the root of my sd card as well as wuphax. The Homebrew is already installed as well. So my problem is a free making a back up of my vwii and copying my bin files over to my PC. When I go back in wuphax to restore my mii maker I receive the following error message.
