Modded WiiU with Tiramisu doesn't have homebrew launcher at all, just the regular Mii Maker?

I followed https://wiiu.hacks.guide/ to mod my wii u with the browser exploit and install tiramisu and it went without any problems and tiramisu works fine so far. However I don't have Homebrew Launcher at all for some reason.

Tiramisu is supposed to have a module that loads homebrew launcher when you start Mii maker as far as I understand but it just doesn't work on my system for some reason. I just get the regular Mii Maker. I have no idea what is happening here. Can I just format my SD card and repeat the whole process?

Most of the time it's bad SD card. So they either format the card and redo it again or replace the files on the card with new ones.
