What I would like someday is for it it work with the gen2 injects. As in the one's with the link patches on that ISO site. Gen 2 should be able to be converted into gen 4 for transfer to HG/SS since SS and HG are remakes of gen 2. This would allow gen 2 to transfer over to the 3DS games (gen 6) via PokeTransporter.

This is true. It saves your banks under the folder 'pkGB' while PHBank saves their banks under 'pk', so you'll be fine.

the creator can't make a phbank only for 7th generation? and another person different make a different app to transfer pokemon since 6th generation to 7th generation

so i downloaded the necessary files and one folder is named "pk" which is exactly the same as the "pk" folder found in the PHBank app (gen 6 bank), tho it contains files that is needed for PHBankGB, do i have to rename the "pk" folder to "phGB" ? or do i have to merge both folders? ( both from PHBank and PHBankGB).
