Whether or not the alleged demo was legitimate, I don't know. But consider the following screenshot:

Well, if there's a demo made, you'd think you could put a screenshot of the game in OP instead of an image of a different game...

I think there shouldn‘t be problem if you just share the Unity assets pack，and we can build the rom and cia by ourselves.
Anything made by unity can be compiled into 3DS format, and you can‘t tell if it is made with Official SDK.
