I would love a virtual reality game.
- You put the gamepad on a helmet which let the pad sit on front of your eyes (good distance to see 3D effect right/left eyes, or just using 2D with full pad screen)
- the scene moves as you look around, WiiU games are already doing it, so you feel like you are on the scene
- Wiimote+ (1 or more) could be used to interact (sword, etc.) and would appear on your screen

So dangle the gamepad in front of you with a stick and call it "virtual reality"?

I just wonder if someone will do a FPS game with the pad (for looking around only, no input) + wiimote or another controller (for actions), instead of Gamepad for both input and visual.
fixing it on your head is better for immersion feeling.

It could be crap looking game, it's just for fun and Proof of Concept.

That's true, I feel a lot of immersion when I dangle my android in front of my face and use the rollercoaster apps.

Who's talking permanently? I'd be content with having it in the background or launch from a loader or something.

Then in that case, yes, it is a great idea. Theres been a bit of talk in the main thread about totally replacing the loader, though

Yes... In fact I was thinking about crypto stuff, but I forgot Wii U common key was leaked. They did a worst crypto than on the 3DS (hardware key scrambler, it's impossible to know the actual key : leak is impossible).

It CAN be found, but it will be EXTREMELY difficult. It would probably require an electron microscope and years of research, or a quantum computer.
(Or a dishonest employee of Nintendo. )

That has already been done by hacking the gamepad itself.

Only problem is it only works with Linux with modified Wifi drivers. Basically, he's asking for something that isn't OS-dependant.
