A: currently it can't acquire Console ID on site, you need to provide it in a "console_id.txt" hex string file for now.

I advise against using twlnf. It is not safe, can make (un)installing unlaunch impossible and might even brick the DSi. There is no way to restore the DSi NAND in case of bricking the console without hardmod – and the soldering task is not easy for if you're inexperienced.
