Because they say not to reflash a full CFW....you're fine using ChickHEN and the temporary 5.03 GEN B firmware.

There is a plugin that supposedly keeps the CFW if you completely power down.
I enabled it but didn't work (tried it only once) so I just carry chickHEN and 5.03 GEN-B updater in my memory card just in case.

Information
Compatible 5.03 GEN-A/B
This plugin allow to :
-Patch the Reboot of the PSP
-Patch the Shutdown of the PSP
-Hide UMD Update Icon
-Patch flash 0, 1, 2, 3 USB accèss
-Redirecting the file version.txt to ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/version.txt
-Patch the blit TIFF image "blit corrupted data for file with extension .tiff"

By Patch the reboot of the PSP they mean if you per accident tick: Reboot device it will not do so but go into standby instead. (VHS)

By Patch the Shutdown of the PSP they mean if you per accident tick: Shutdown device the device will not do so. (Recovery)

By Patch flash 0, 1, 2, 3 USB accèss they mean it no longer allows acces to flash even if it is set so in VHS.

The rest speaks for itself.
This plugins does not allow staying in your CFWEnabler after a cold reboot.
It only tries to prevent you from fully shutting it down so you have to cold boot it!

I think a lot of people mix that up.
