Hacking Which is the best FBI, BigBlueMenu or DevMenu?

I heard that some .cias couldn't be installed with FBI but with BBM or DM went everything well.
So i'm in doubt...

I personally like FBI a lot more. BBM doesn't even let me install CIA's half of the time...I'd go with FBI

sometimes one title manager works better than another, for example I only could upgrade my n3ds emunand to 9.5 only with dev menu, bbm/brm can list installed cia games which fbi couldn't find but sometimes bbm/brm installed a cia succesfully but no app icon appeared on homemenu. Personally I prefer FBI, but if it doesn't work, I try one of the other.

only devmenu ist a only .cia application (official nintendo developer tool), for all other, it would be enough to use them through homebrew launcher

BBM for DLC -- anyone know if there is a newer version of this out? I've been using a really old one lol
FBI for everything else.
