The Slot 2 is for GBA cartridges, meaning all GBA games do. Your question was unclear, though. If you mean DS games utilizing it, then off the top of my head, there's the rumble pack for Metroid Pinball, the guitar grip for the Guitar Hero games, and if you put a Pokemon GBA game in the slot and play one of the DS Pokemon games, you can transfer Pokemon over.

I also recall there being a RAM expansion pak and a piano for some game.

The DS internet browser uses the ram pak.
