Go with the Intel system. The main reason is that it's a newer platform and you could potentially buy a Skylake/Kabylake i3/i5/i7 for super cheap and completely destroy the AMD FX system. The only problem with the current Intel config you have is that Pentiums don't support AVX/2, which might be used by the emulators. (Not really sure)

Pretty much any pre-Ryzen AMD system is going to be complete dogshit at emulation, so go Intel for CPU which should handle GC/Wii/PS2 just fine for the most part.

For GPU, go for the 750ti since it's a higher performing card than the RX 550.

Thanks ! Uhm, how about buying a GTX760 ? I can have one for 30€ and i dunno if that would be worth it since emulators tend to be more CPU intensive then they are GPU Intensive.

Honestly, it probably won't make that much of a difference performance wise. IIRC the 750ti when I used it way back when was able to handle up to about 1080p upscaling for GC/Wii stuff without issue, so as long as you're not expecting like 4k or anything you should be just fine with what you have.
