Homebrew When I open VBA GX channel it goes to the system menu Help

After I installed VBA GX Channel through the VBA GX Installer I opened the channel and it rebooted the wii.
If I launch the emulator through The Homebrew Channel it works fine.
Can somebody tell me why is this happening? On other emulators the channels work just fine (for example: FCE Ultra gx, snes9x)

The channel is looking for
SD/apps/vbagx/boot.dol
OR
Usb/apps/vbagx/boot.dol
