I personally use and recommend superdump. Of course it can be annoying to use if you don't have a large storage device. (It does support splitting it up as it dumps the game so that you can use smaller storage devices.) Even copying from sd or usb and putting the device back into the wii a few times can be faster than dumping over the network.
In any case, if you have a decent sized storage device or have a smaller device and don't mind dealing with copying back and forth, then use Superdump.
Otherwise, if you want to use the network and don't care about speed, then use Waninkoko's dumper.
However, you can also use a sd/usb loader. Configurable usb loader even can dump the games to a fat device now, although to burn a copy you'd have to convert the wbfs file(s) to a standard iso first, or in the case of a wbfs drive extract the game with any of the huge list of wbfs tools made.
