it can learn aqua tail, and hydro pump, you can also teach it surf
can also learn a few dark type, ice type, and dragon moves

from what i remember, nintendo always releases things on sunday.

Well, I only started paying attention when pokemon pearl came out. from then on, every pokemon release (atleast) was released on a sunday.

Traditionally, I always went with Chikorita, but I love Cyndaquil just as much so I'll be going with him this time around.
I haven't really liked any of the water starters since Squirtle. Totodile is alright, but I don't like his evolutions.

I was going to pick Cyndaquil, then I saw how many others were going to pick him. Now it's going to be Totodile.

Chikorita has a highly unimpressive fanbase.

The Grass starters have always been overshadowed by the Fire and Water starters, but I think that Bulbasaur and Turtwig are pretty decent. Chikorita and Treecko were meh...
