neoDS it has good compatibility with almost all their roms. Putting on your DS is also quite easy as well.

I'm guessing you want to play DS Games on a computer. Here are the options:

NO$GBA (Generally thought of as the best but has slight sound issues)

First try a game on no$gba and if it works then use that cause its faster. If the game doesnt work due to any reason then shift to DeSmuME. If you are still not satisfied then try iDeaS by Lino

A Flashcart for the DS.
No but seriously, DeSmuMe is much better since the latest updates, for example it can run Super Scribblenauts really great but NO$GBA can't/sucks at running it.

No$gba = Faster speed (except have AP)!
Ideas = Haves Wifi and Debugger!
Desmume = Best performance (slow speed)!
