I'm Aqua Blue person but I would loved nintendo if the release a gold 3DS with LoZ: OoT. Like they did with the DS Lite.

I really, really wanted the orange or the purple one from the debut, but Nintendo seems to have a hard on for black and the really ugly blue from the DSi launch.

So, out of the available colors, I prefer Cosmo Black.

I totally wanted the red or purple colours that were present in E3 2010 (was it?).
In the end i opted for blue, and i'm pretty happy about it, it's more interesting than black, imo

You know how Nintendo work though..all the interesting colours come out later, once they know it can sell..and then Special Editions so fanboys can buy another.

both the green and gray mock-ups by Wizerzak look nice, although I'm still in the crowd that wanted that purple one shown at E3 prior to the launch colours that we ended up with.

what I also don't understand is why both the cosmo black and aqua blue have that silver blocked section on the back of the system, which in my opinion cheapens the look. it's not like a laptop where the motherboard is mounted to a single coloured base (usually black) and the rest of the laptop is a specific colour.

in addition to more colours, I would love to see nintendo give rid of the high gloss and go back to a matte finish like the DSi and XL models so that the system doesn't look like a greasy mess after touching it for 5 seconds.
