In Argentina it is almost impossible to import. And if you succeed (not you stay in the office "aduana in spanish"), they charge you 50% of what it is worth and taxes not counting all the time you lose doing paperwork.

Cause some people can't downgrade (not risking a hardmod/not knowing anyone with dsiwar+cfw) and you can't install a9lh without downgrading
