By the way, you can use ctr-httpwn to skip updates and play online (still, you need homebrew access to use this...)

Si tienes acceso a Homebrew, simplemente sigue la guía de Plailect y ya quítate de andar buscándole 3 patas al gato. No es difícil seguir los pasos de la guía. Te dará mucho más que sólo Cave Story.

I didn't used Browser hax but once, and that was about a year ago (before starting 2016 and after November)
So I'm a bit confused right now.
All I knew about Browserhax seems useless now. I knew that you could bypass the Browser Nag by scanning a QR code before opening the 3DS browser for the first time. For what I just read, that's no longer possible.

So I'm guessing that you do have access to the e-Shop right now? If yes, reply so I could (maybe) help you.

Nope, QR code still doesn't work, some exploits are working in 11.1, like oot3dhax, or ninjhax.
using ctr-httpwn i can access to eshop, but DSiWare games was removed by Ninerdo :X

Because, if you have Homebrew, it means that you could install FreeShop, but only if you have a CFW installed, because you CAN'T install cias without CFW.

Nope, i mean only i can install LEGIT cias.
Maybe i have a ver. of FBI that doesn't support arm11 kernel access (?, like Nintendo4DSXL sayed, i can only install that cias in that list. (U)
I Can't install Cave Story 3D because doesn't is a legit cia
Legit cias mean "pre-installed" in a console, so cave story 3d doesn't have pre-installed in any 3ds (like pokémon games, they have bundles consoles)

I already knew that. FBI only will install legit cias without custom firmware. If you want other games (non legit) you need cfw a fuerzas.
Just tell me what you want and I'll be glad to help you.
FBI is not working for you for the reasons you want to use it because it can't access certain security requirements that are only available with Custom Firmwares. Its not that you have a non-working FBI version. If you don't have a Custom Firmware, most likely you won't be able to do much with your system.

hardmod or DSiWarehax is only the way.
