This music is GREAT! I think this should be the default from now on! Many people turn off the Wii's background music in Preloader, which is the same as in this loader and should tell you that many people would agree with me. Anyone else second this motion?

That's not going to happen. Because you can't make a tune that makes everyone happy. I had a default tune before that was pretty nice but MANY ppl wanted to have the original wii menu sound. So it wont be changed another time. If you want your personal soundfile... compile it yourself... that's not too hard i think.

I guess not every one can compile it.
So my idea is to make it like the Themes.
A own folder for the Music.

I realy dont know but i guess if its possible with the Themes, it should be possible with the music too.
Its only a idea and i cant remember if anyone had this before.
So maybe you could add it to the wish list

Of coarse SSBB works. That's the only game Marcans loader would play.

SSBB works fine for me. I ripped it right off the retail disc. It is a big iso and may have gotten messed up when you ripped it (or downloaded it

). But there are no issues with it what-so-ever in my house.

Ok, I compiled again the forwader and change it a bit to inform you if it loads the elf file

it checks for SD:/apps/usbloader_gx/

it boots boot.dol
if it fails it tries boot.elf

I release the dol file only for you to inject it to your channel
it takes 10 sec to boot since it's based to spacejump's source. I'll try to fix that later.

my changes is just showing some text, the directory and searching also for the elf

grab the original (I used the Elf/Dol Forwarder for specific apps)

I don't have the retail disc. My backup is DVD5, as my Wii does not play DVD9 discs, and when I try to install via Wii, it doesn't even boot the DVD5 version.

Btw, DVD9 version boots, but freezes before the opening (it passes the security part, loading part, and the ESRB message)

Hm... Maybe I'll try to download again, but 8 gigs is a pain...

Is the DVD5 version playable on USB loader?

One noobish question.

Everything seem to be working ok...but there are some games that have some minor glitches (running from usb loader), cause when i'm running the discs, no problem occurs.

eg: GH: Metallica has some freezes in songplay about 2 second...sometimes

To resolve those issues, should i install this new cIOS222 or wait for Wanin's cIOS rev11?

The ssb dvd 9 freeze with Captain Falco character.
The dvd 5 ripped version work fine.

This is unavoidable. Even when you burn guitar hero onto a disc it skips and de-syncs. It has been like this for every version of GH for the wii.

And about the SSBB thing. I have tested this before. I played a 20 stock match with 4 C.Falcons and it played fine. I have also played all of SSE fine. I don't know how you guys managed to mess it up. Maybe I have a magic wii. Or maye you downloaded a bad iso.

The iso is ripped from original DVD, probably the problem is in PAL game version.

I tried SSBB DVD9, and now I can play it in DVD9 thanks to your usbloader

(I've a bad first release day Wii)
The only things not working was the VC preview games. I think it is because they are reloading their own IOS ?
Or maybe because I selected "copy only the game partition to wbfs" and there isn't the next partition with VC available?

The wii just rebooted to main menu.
Sorry if it was already answered on another thread, I didn't follow the usb loaders for too long.
