having d2x is not enough, you need to use it.
by that, I mean that you need the proper settings in the loader to load d2x at game launch, specifying the slot number where you installed d2x.

If you are not sure what you have, you can follow syscheck tutorial in my signature and post the result here.

It's also possible you just plugged the HDD in the wrong port.
it's also possible your USB device is not HDD but flash (very bad choice !)
maybe you plugged in the wrong usb port
maybe you didn't use WiiBackupManager correctly
maybe you use NTFS compressed option
etc.
maybe possibilities, without a proper report of what you have and did, we can't help you.

first : this is not how the tutorial told you to post the syscheck report. (but, ok, I downloaded your file to look at it)
second : I don't know which tutorial you followed but your setup is useless.
third, and the most important : I just notice you are on WiiU and not Wii ! but you posted in the Wii section of the forum, so it's confusing ! Why you didn't tell you were using a WiiU ?
always give proper information, you could get very bad help if mixing wii and wiiu file, it could even leading to a console brick !

vIOS247[56] (rev 21010, Info: d2x-v10beta53-alt-vWii): Trucha Bug, NAND Access
vIOS248[56] (rev 21010, Info: d2x-v10beta53-alt-vWii): Trucha Bug, NAND Access
vIOS249[57] (rev 21010, Info: d2x-v10beta52-vWii): Trucha Bug, NAND Access
vIOS250[57] (rev 21010, Info: d2x-v10beta52-vWii): Trucha Bug, NAND Access
vIOS251[57] (rev 21010, Info: d2x-v10beta52-vWii): Trucha Bug, NAND Access

247 and 248 are identical. no reason to have twice the same thing.
249 250 251 are identical. no reasons to have trice the same thing.

247/248 are not good and not working with lot of hdds. Don't use these slots in your loader's settings.
249/250/251 are good, use the one you want (249 is the default slot for usb loaders anyway, so set all the settings to default in your loader)

Now your problem : USB device not found. You need Y-cable on WiiU !
it's explain in any (respectable) tutorial.
